Wednesday, April 23, 2025
1:00pm - 2:00pm (Eastern Time - US & Canada) change time zone

About:

Library Card Sign-Up Month in September is the perfect time to connect with new audiences and encourage those who aren’t regular patrons to discover the benefits of library membership. And now is the best time to start planning! But how can libraries effectively engage with individuals who don’t currently use their services?

This session dives into the strategies and successes of the Hamilton East Public Library, which launched an incredibly impactful, multi-faceted marketing campaign during last year’s Library Card Sign-Up Month. By leveraging Patron Point tools, the library was able to drive an impressive increase in library card registrations.

This 1-hour presentation with Hamilton East Public Library's Marketing Team will cover:

  • Why choosing an integrated campaign can work for your library
  • How to prepare for the campaign with data collection and content creation
  • Creative content examples that you can take back to your library
  • Time for Q&A
